Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers healthy skin care routine? Do you enjoy building a relationship with your clients - not just providing a service? Do you want a role where you can guide your customers through an experience that will improve their appearance and self-esteem? If this sounds like you, then The Only Facial can use your professional Esthetician qualities.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
  • Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
  • Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
