We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and optometry services at Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes across 20+ states. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to delivering exceptional, empathetic care while managing all logistics so providers can focus solely on their patients.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Traveling Audiologist to join our mobile care team, serving multiple communities across Arizona. This role is perfect for a provider looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in underserved care settings.

CMC handles all administrative and logistical responsibilities—including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing. As an independent contractor, you'll enjoy flexibility and autonomy without the burdens of running a private practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct hearing assessments and audiometric evaluations
  • Fit, adjust, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices
  • Provide counseling and education on hearing loss and communication strategies
  • Collaborate with facility staff to support patient care and improve communication outcomes

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or Master's in Audiology
  • Active Arizona audiology license
  • ASHA (CCC-A) or ABA certification preferred, not required
  • Experience working with geriatric or mobile care populations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills

Schedule & Availability

  • 4–8 visits per month (approximately 1–2 visits per week)
  • Weekdays only — Monday through Friday
  • Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
