Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Lead the Crew: Hire, train, schedule, and coach your own staff. You will set the standard, build team culture, and learn real-world people management.
  • Drive Growth: Move the needle by filling recreational leagues, boosting memberships, forming local partnerships, and crushing monthly business goals.
  • Run the Show: Own the facility. You will manage operational budgets, coordinate with vendors, oversee building logistics, and ensure a safe, top-tier environment.
  • Connect with People: Be the face of the brand. Greet members by name, jump into frontline roles when your team needs backup, and solve customer challenges on the fly.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (campus organizations, resident advisor roles, or shift lead positions count!) alongside a track record of hitting sales or recruitment goals.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent background in customer service, sales, or business operations.For
