Job Title: Fullstack Developer (Node JS + React JS)

Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

Design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using Node.js and React.

Architect and implement scalable and maintainable backend systems using Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).

Develop and maintain robust front-end applications using React and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).

Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Define and implement coding standards and best practices.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Identify and implement performance optimization strategies.

Stay updated on the latest trends in web development technologies.

Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in fullstack web development.

Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.

Experience with various backend frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).

Experience with front-end libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).

Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).

Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
