About Us & The Opportunity

We are a close-knit, thriving dental practice in Hall County dedicated to being the premier dental destination for our community. We provide comprehensive care, from general dentistry to advanced treatments like implants, and we’re focused on growth, excellence, and an exceptional environment for both our patients and our team.

We’re looking for a Business Assistant who will be the welcoming voice and organizational engine of our front office. This is an entry-level role with real room to grow—a chance to learn the ins and outs of a successful dental practice while making every patient feel valued from their first call to their final checkout. If you’re energized by serving others, love staying busy, and want to join a team that invests in your development, you’ll find a perfect home here.

What We Offer: Compensation & Support

- Hourly Rate: $21–$22 per hour, based on experience.

- PTO & Holidays

- 401(k) with employer contribution

- Bonus Potential: Performance-based bonuses tied to practice goals.

- A Supportive Community: Work alongside a dedicated doctor and a collaborative team where your ideas are heard.

- Training & Mentorship: We’ll teach you our systems and help you build a career in dental administration.

- Career Home: We invest in long-term relationships and promote from within whenever possible.

Your Impact: What You’ll Do

1. Patient Engagement

- Answer incoming calls professionally and with personality—patients should be able to hear your smile through the phone.

-Speaking Spanish is a bonus

- Engage with patients about appointments, insurance questions, and other needs.

- Encourage and facilitate scheduling of new and existing patient appointments.

2. Insurance Coordination

- Contact insurance companies to obtain benefit breakdowns and verify coverage.

- Work with the insurance coordinator to ensure accurate claim processing.

3. Appointment Management

- Create and verify simple treatment plans based on patient needs and insurance coverage.

- Confirm patient appointments and follow up as needed.

- Collect patient co-pays and manage financial transactions accurately.

- Keep the hygiene schedule as full and accurate as possible; partner with the Practice Coordinator to keep the doctor’s schedule optimized.

4. Communication

- Use Weave to communicate with patients via phone calls, text, and email.

- Assist the Practice Coordinator with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

5. Office Maintenance

- Help maintain a clean, organized office environment—including your workstation, the break room, and the front office bathroom.

Who You Are: Our Ideal Candidate

You’re a proactive, friendly professional who takes pride in doing things right. You’re looking for an entry-level role where you can learn, grow, and make a real difference.

- Experience: At least 1 year performing tasks exactly like those listed above (or very similar). We’ll consider exceptional candidates with less experience if you have the right attitude.

- Trainable: You have the necessary skills and the right attitude to accept training and constructive criticism.

- Smart & Resourceful: You possess intelligent problem-solving skills and aren’t afraid to figure things out on your own.

- Good with People: You’re warm, empathetic, and able to put patients at ease—even on tough calls.

- Good with Money: You handle financial transactions carefully and accurately.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software (Weave, practice management, Eaglesoft and spreadsheets).

- Mature & Level-Headed: You stay calm under pressure and take ownership of your work.

Our Hiring Process – Let’s Get to Know Each Other

We value thoughtful connections. To start, please email us your responses to the following questions along with your resume:
