Job description

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic roofing sales team. In this key role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, scheduling inspections, and supporting the sales team by managing appointment logistics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to our customer acquisition process in a commission-only structure.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule roofing inspections and consultations.
  • Coordinate appointment calendars for roofing sales representatives to maximize efficiency and coverage.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment details in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide necessary information to homeowners.
  • Support lead generation efforts by qualifying incoming inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to represent the company’s values and services.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and field teams to ensure seamless customer experience from scheduling to project completion.

Required Qualifications

  • Entry-level sales or lead generation experience; roofing, home improvement, or door-to-door sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
