This position follows a 12-hour schedule, which includes a rotating pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (and vice versa), resulting in a mix of 3- and 4-day workweeks. The schedule includes nights and weekends as part of the rotation. Candidates must be willing and able to work this schedule. This role is also eligible for a shift differential 10% added to standard hourly rates. 

What will you be doing?
  • Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructionsLoad and unload materials, components, and finished products
  • Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasksInspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles
  • Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities
  • Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices
  • Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals
