Compensation:

Competitive starting pay rate $22.40 to $25.68

Extrusion Thermoforming Machine Operator available shift 7:00PM-7:00PM - 2-2-3 Schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operates and maintains multiple thermoforming lines, with ability to run all lines/packaging equipment.
  • Troubleshoots and repairs lines to ensure minimal down time.
  • Ensures production records are maintained in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Ensures quality requirements are met including perfect case audit, docket info, ZR verification, visual inspection.
  • Trains newer employees in line operation and paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand on your feet and work for an entire 12-hour shift.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and work in an environment with high temperatures.
  • May be required to obtain forklift certification
