Job description

Crude Oil Driver

The Crude Oil Driver will perform a variety of routine and complex transportation work in driving and coordinating transportation plans.

Responsibilities:

Participate in pre-trip preparations of vehicle

Ensure proper equipment is loaded on vehicle prior to leaving the yard

Fill out Log Book

Coordinate with dispatch office for job assignments, maps, special instructions, etc

Drive crude truck

Conduct JSA before entering job site and plan entry route

Operate pump

Prepare post trip for any damaged equipment

Load hoses on and off of truck

Complete logs, Job Safety Analysis, vehicle inspection reports, way bills, BBS cards, fuel reports

Employees in this position are considered confidential, maintaining the utmost confidentiality in dealing with business information

Report all incidents or unsafe actions and/or worksites to supervisors

Must complete jobs in order and notify supervisor or dispatcher of any uncompleted jobs
