Responsibilities - Billing Clerk:

  • Processes the accounting of all vehicle purchases
  • Verifies all deal contents and issues payoff checks for trade-ins
  • Posts all sale transactions to accounting 
  • Reconciles new and used inventory schedules
  • Reconciles all other schedules pertaining to the posting of the deal
  • Communicates with Finance Sales staff to ensure deals are turned in and processed in a timely manner
  • Maintains sales commissions
  • Responsible for Daily Floorplan payoffs


Requirements - Billing Clerk:

  • Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to analyze and research information is required
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Applicant must pass pre-employment background check.
