What is a week?

The term 'Week' is not recognized as a specific job title. It may be a typographical error or refer to roles that are scheduled on a weekly basis, such as part-time or temporary positions. If you are referring to jobs that operate on a weekly schedule, many industries offer positions with weekly shifts, such as retail, hospitality, or contract work. For more precise information, please clarify or provide the correct job title.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a week, and why are they important?

I'm sorry, but 'Week' is not a real-world professional occupation, so I cannot provide a relevant answer.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals working on a weekly project cycle, and how can they be managed effectively?

Professionals operating on a weekly project cycle often face challenges related to tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and maintaining consistent communication with team members. To manage these effectively, it's important to prioritize tasks early in the week, use project management tools to track progress, and schedule regular check-ins to address bottlenecks or updates. Building a routine for reflection and planning at the end of each week can also help teams adapt and continuously improve their workflow.

Job description

You close for a living, and you’d bristle at being called a salesperson.

You don't sell like a closer; the client never felt the close happen. By the end of the conversation, they just knew they wanted you in their house. That’s the person this seat is built for.

One Week Bath is a custom design-build bathroom remodeler. Across Los Angeles and the surrounding area, over 25 years, we’ve designed and built more than 5,000 bathrooms the way almost nobody else will — one in-house crew that designs in the home and builds it start to finish. No showroom hand-off. No subcontractor lottery. No months of a construction site in the house.

Right now the month’s revenue rides on the owner closing $35,000 to $100,000 bathrooms on the first call. We’re hiring the person who takes that over — and then pulls a team up to the same close rate.

Who Belongs Here

  • Run the System. You’ll want to rewrite the sales process in week one. Don’t. Twenty-five years and 5,000 bathrooms built the play. Run it to perfection, hit the number with it, and you earn the right to change it — the same way everybody here earns it.

  • Don’t Wait To Be Told. When leads went slow, nobody here called a meeting about it — one person rebuilt the marketing and another built accountability into the CRM, unassigned. You reach the five past customers a week because it needs doing, not because someone put it on your list.

  • Bring The Solution. Naming the problem is the easy half. A rep’s close rate is dropping — you show up to the conversation with what you’d do about it, not just the chart.

  • The Experience Is The Product. The client remembers how the sale felt long after they forget the quote. You sell the way our crews build — so the first call sets up a week they’ll tell their friends about six months later.

  • Respect The Bottom Line. A sale that loses money doesn’t keep anyone employed. You protect the margin on every ticket, and you get it signed. That’s everyone’s job here, not just the owner’s.

Benefits

  • $110,000 base salary + commission & override

  • Health Insurance - HMO included; PPO upgrade or family at extra cost

  • PTO

  • Flexible work structure: ~10% in-office, 50-60% in the field (in-home client appointments), remainder from a home office

Compensation:

$110,000 + Commissions + Overrides

Responsibilities:
  • Win the first call — bond fast, prove remodeling credibility, and earn the in-home appointment on the phone or Zoom.

  • Own the monthly revenue number and hit it without underselling the ticket.

  • Personally close high-ticket bathroom remodels ($35,000 – $100,000) at the standard the company is known for.

  • Coach and hold the sales team accountable — lift their close rate to your own.

  • Work the past-customer database for repeat and referral revenue (five past customers a week).

  • Read the pipeline data and catch a slipping close rate or a rep complicating jobs before it becomes a bad month.

  • Feed patterns and upstream problems back to ownership so they get fixed once, not repeated.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket, in-home remodeling or design-build sales — bathroom or kitchen remodeling experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience owning a revenue number and coaching reps to hit theirs.

  • Reliable transportation for in-home appointments across Los Angeles and surrounding areas; clean background check.

  • U.S. work authorization; full-time.

You do NOT need:

  • A trade license or hands-on construction background.

  • A college degree.

About Company

One Week Bath is a custom design-build bathroom remodeler serving Los Angeles and the surrounding area. Over 25 years we’ve designed and built more than 5,000 bathrooms the way nobody else will: one in-house crew that designs in the home and builds it start to finish, no showroom hand-off, no subcontractor lottery, no months of a construction site in the house. Our people stay — average tenure is past ten years in a trade where almost nobody keeps their team — because the system actually holds up and the company backs you when it doesn’t. We’re heading toward $20M in revenue at a 15% net margin, and this is the seat that owns the number that gets us there.
