Job description:

Pay $17.50 - $19.50 (including premium pay) with 40 (full-time) / 20 (part-time) hours of Paid Time Off upon hire

From electrical to plumbing and everything in between. If you’ve been there and fixed that, we’re looking for you. Pay subject to experience and includes great benefits package. Must have positive people skills. Pre-employment drug testing required.

Occasional evenings and some weekend shifts required.

Handles the daily activities of maintenance repair projects, grounds keeping activities, and general upkeep of a hotel

Ensures that proper inspection and preventive maintenance is performed on electrical, plumbing, water and gas systems

Repairs and paints nicks and chips in walls and/or furniture

Monitors maintenance logs on all facility equipment

Provides uninterrupted customer service, safety and convenience

Maintains an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment at all times

Assists customers with vehicle problems in parking areas

Coordinates trash and refuse removal

Lawn care, tree trimming and weed removal efforts in spring and summer

Snow and ice removal efforts for walking areas in winter
