WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:DAILY OPERATIONS & TURF CARE

  • Apply fertilizers, pre- and post-emergent weed control, insecticides, and other turf products according to plan.
  • Diagnose turf issues such as disease, pest pressure, or soil deficiencies.
  • Mix and load products properly and safely each day.

ROUTE MANAGEMENT

  • Review daily schedule and optimize your route for efficiency.
  • Use mobile technology to log services, notes, and updates for each client.
  • Ensure every stop is completed with care and professionalism.

EQUIPMENT & SAFETY

  • Operate spreaders, sprayers, and ride-on application equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform daily vehicle and equipment checks and basic maintenance.
  • Follow all safety protocols and comply with local regulations.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

  • Leave clear, informative notes after each visit.
  • Communicate issues or recommendations with customers (and your manager).
  • Answer basic turf questions if clients are home and refer more complex inquiries to the office or sales team.
