  • Apply high-quality fertilizers & weed control products to residential and commercial turf grass.
  • Diagnose lawn health issues and determine the best treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain professional-grade application equipment.
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Communicate with clients about their lawn’s health and offer expert recommendations.
  • Maintain detailed records of services provided.
MUST Have:
  • High integrity and strong work ethic.
  • A valid driver’s license and a CLEAN driving record. (This is a must-have.)
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment, bend, stoop, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Nice to Have, but NOT Required
  • 2+ years of direct experience in treating turf grass (residential or commercial) within the last 4 years.
  • Arkansas State Plant Board Pesticide Applicator's License (or the ability to transfer an out-of-state license).

  • Experience with irrigation or other lawn care services.
  • Familiarity with proper lawn care practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
