QuickBooks Online is also promoted as a cloud-based alternative, but Desktop versions are expected to be available for the foreseeable future.

  • Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for replacement parts, field service work, and Industrial Mechanical Group (IMG) opportunities
  • Process parts orders, service-related orders, and customer purchases from receipt through completion
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding pricing, lead times, order status, and technical questions
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to obtain pricing, lead times, and material availability
