About the Role:

The Lead Photographer will be responsible for overseeing and executing high-quality photographic projects that align with the branding and communication goals of The Whitaker Group HQ B. This role demands a creative visionary who can lead a team in capturing compelling images across various photography styles including commercial, event, portrait, and fine art photography. The Lead Photographer will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and client services teams to produce visual content that enhances the companyโ€™s presence in the securities and financial investments industry. They will ensure all photographic outputs meet professional standards and effectively convey the desired message to diverse audiences. Additionally, the Lead Photographer will manage studio operations, including lighting setups and image editing workflows, to maintain efficiency and quality in all photographic endeavors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in studio lighting, digital photography, and commercial photography.
  • Proficiency in advanced image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Experience managing photography projects and leading creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of photographic techniques across multiple genres including event, portrait, wedding, and fine art photography.

Preferred Qualifications:
