Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant at Christ Fellowship supports the organization and priorities of the Campus Pastor at our Boca Raton location. This position provides high-level organizational, administrative, and logistical support to the Campus Pastor. If you are a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, a heart for hospitality, and a passion for supporting ministry teams, this may be the role for you!

JOB DUTIES:

Administrative Support

  • Proactively own and optimize the Campus Pastor's calendar to ensure efficiency.
  • Reconcile Campus Pastor expense reports, reimbursements, tracking/coding, and assist with budget preparation.
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment for campus meetings and guests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries, triaging requests with discretion, speed, and care.
  • Manage special projects on behalf of the Campus Pastor

Campus Operations

  • Provide operational support for campus events, memorial services, and weddings as needed.
  • Support the Campus Pastor in planning and executing ministries and events.
  • General office duties such as supply ordering and inventory tracking to maintain an orderly and well-resourced office environment.

EDUCATION:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree preferred.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of administrative or office support experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs); experience with project and church management software like Asana and Planning Center is a plus.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing care and hospitality.
  • Practical understanding of administration and workflow coordination, including resource management and event logistics.
  • Strong sense of time management, along with the ability to work independently and as part of an effective and fun team.
