Join Our Culinary Team as a Sous Chef!
Location: MV Golf & Event Center, Little Falls, NY
Pay: $22.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Flexible schedule required)
Love creating great food and leading a team? Arc Herkimer is looking for a talented Sous Chef to help deliver exceptional dining experiences at the MV Golf & Event Center. From daily restaurant service to weddings, banquets, and special events, you'll play a key role in creating memorable meals for our guests.
What You'll Do
  • Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Help prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals
  • Assist with banquet, catering, and event menus
  • Coordinate food service for golf outings and special events
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  • Help train and support kitchen staff
  • Monitor food quality, productivity, and kitchen efficiency
  • Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • At least one year of Sous Chef experience preferred
  • Knowledge of all kitchen operations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and events
