Join Our Culinary Team as an Assistant Banquet Chef

From elegant weddings overlooking the water to corporate galas, holiday celebrations, and exclusive private events, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for hundreds of guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity, and hospitality.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with the Executive Banquet Chef to execute flawless events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
  • Lead and inspire banquet cooks and culinary team members, creating a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
  • Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen reflects the quality and presentation expected of a luxury resort.
  • Assist with menu preparation, production planning, scheduling, and event execution.
  • Maintain exceptional food safety, sanitation, and organization standards.
  • Manage inventory, minimize waste, and help control food costs.
  • Collaborate with the banquet, restaurant, and events teams to create memorable guest experiences.

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Assistant Banquet Chef, or strong line chef ready to advance.
  • Experience producing high-volume banquet or catering events.
