Looking for a Delivery Driver, Courier, or Non-CDL Delivery Driver job near Plain City, OH? Join Starner Enterprises, a FedEx contractor, and deliver packages in Hilliard and Upper Arlington. We hire for attitude and work ethic—we can teach the rest!

About Starner Enterprises

For 4 years, we've built a safety-first team focused on customer service, training, and growth. Our terminal is located at 8285 Industrial Parkway, Plain City, OH 43064 (WCOL/428).

Pay & Benefits
  • $185/day starting pay
  • $140/day paid training (approx. 2 weeks)
  • Health, Dental & Vision available immediately
  • 5 PTO days after 1 year
  • Company vehicle & uniforms provided
Schedule
  • Full-Time: Tue-Sat, Sun-Thu, or Wed-Sun
  • Part-Time: 3-4 days/week (Wed-Sat)
  • Start: 8:00 AM until route completion
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a package delivery vehicle
  • Deliver and scan 150+ stops daily
  • Use GPS and handheld scanners
  • Complete vehicle inspections
  • Handle packages up to 150 lbs
Qualifications
  • 21+ years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable with physical work and all weather conditions
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
  • Delivery driver, courier, warehouse, landscaping, construction, or other manual labor experience is a plus
