Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fuel Dispatcher role located in Manassas, VA. The Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule drivers, monitor transportation operations, and ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Responsibilities include managing schedules, communicating with drivers and customers, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any logistical challenges that arise. The Dispatcher will work closely with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in scheduling, route planning, and logistics coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with drivers, customers, and team members
  • Detail-oriented with skills in data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address logistical challenges and identify effective solutions
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
  • Previous experience in a dispatch or transportation coordination role is preferred
