Job description

We have Java / J2EE Developer requirement with our client at NJ.
We have opening in CA, TX, IL, OH, and FL as well.
Skills needed / Job duties:
Java / J2EE programming experience.
Must have hands on experience developing Web Applications for large Corp websites using STRUTS (preferably Struts 2.0) , JavaScript, JSP, Servlet, HTML/DHTML, Webservices, Ajax, XML & PL/SQL and Oracle
Spring and Hibernate experience is a plus
Good to have RAD and WebSphere expertise
Responsibilities:
  • Design, architect, develop and manage application development working with software development methodologies such as Agile development.
  • Review business requirements and apply project management skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with the technology team and business users, report status on time and escalate issues proactively.
  • Work with multiple project teams to schedule and coordinate deliverables.
  • Support business and technology teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
  • Provide operations support to resolve production issues proactively.
  • Produce Run Books and other related support documentation as required.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience
  • Excellent knowledge on distributed application design, service-oriented architectures, object-oriented analysis and design
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and design patterns
  • Experience in conducting application design and code reviews
