Digital and Social Content Manager - Cbus Media Group

Cbus Media Group

Job description

At Cbus Media Group, we believe great advertising changes businesses - and great people make that happen. We're looking for a Digital and Social Content Manager who's ready to do important work with our content creators, promotions team, and leadership team - helping us grow our social footprint, attract advertisers with compelling creative, and be the "ready to help" person for all things digital.
If you're someone who can jump between a video edit, a graphic design deadline, and a website update without missing a beat - keep reading.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
You'll run the day-to-day digital presence for Qfm96, Rewind, Sunny, Mix, and Around the 614. That means editing and posting content, designing graphics for clients and events, and keeping our websites and email newsletters current and on schedule.
Day-to-day, you'll create and edit content, manage our social accounts and DMs, build display ads for client campaigns, and keep our websites, dynamic lead pages, and weekly newsletters fresh and accurate.
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who:
  • Has real experience with social platforms - Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
  • Is comfortable creating and editing content, and picks up new tools quickly
  • Has an eye for design and knows how to build something that actually gets noticed
  • Stays organized across dozens of moving deadlines - pages, posts, ads, and newsletters all at once
  • Communicates clearly and takes ownership of their work
  • Is fueled by being a hub in the building - working with all departments to get things done

Prior experience in social media management or graphic design is preferred, but the right eye and work ethic will always outweigh a perfect resume.
Why Cbus Media Group:
We're part of Saga Communications, a broadcast company with over 100 brands across 27 U.S. markets. Here in Columbus, we operate WLVQ, WSNY, WVMX, and WNND-NNP. You'll be joining a team that's serious about results and genuinely fun to work with. We work hard, we have a good time doing it, and we take care of each other.
To Apply: Send your resume and a cover letter to Tony Bristol - tbristol@cbusmediagroup.com
No phone calls, please. Cbus Media Group / Cbus Media Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
