Job Description
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for multiple commercial construction projects at a time. The PM is responsible for the coordination of all parties involved in the project from start to finish. This includes architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, laborers etc. The PM ensures that all construction activities progress according to the project schedule while maintaining accurate records and managing the project budget.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager or 2+ years of field management experience
  • Preferably experience in projects ranging from $5m-$20m +
  • Must have exceptional communication skills. Written, oral, and face-to-face.
  • Supervisory skills are required.
  • Extensive computer skills are required. Experience in Procore is not required but preferred.
  • Experienced candidates must be able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Project Managers must have the ability to lead a team and motivate those involved in their projects without damaging relationships.

Additional Information
The Project Manager operates in a high-energy environment that demands great attention to detail and accuracy. This position is responsible for supervising the Project Coordinator as well as directing Superintendents and others on their job sites.
