Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role plays a critical part in driving successful project outcomes and delivering value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan & Deliver Projects: Define scope, schedule, and resources for generation planning and development initiatives (e.g., thermal, renewables, BESS)
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate engineering, construction, and business stakeholders to execute projects
  • Manage Budget & Scope: Track costs, control scope changes, and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Mitigate Risk & Resolve Issues: Identify risks early and drive resolution of project challenges
  • Maintain Schedules: Monitor timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Provide clear updates to internal teams and leadership
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Deliver projects that meet utility standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes
  • Close Out Projects: Complete documentation, secure approvals, and capture lessons learned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  • 5-10 years of project management experience with proven success
  • PMP or similar certification preferred
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies
