Job description

As a Marketing Intern, you will help develop and execute strategies that communicate the value of Kohl’s products and services to the right customers as efficiently and effectively as possible. You’ll contribute to brand storytelling and promotional experiences, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to bring Kohl’s brands to life. Along the way, you’ll gain experience in building impactful strategies and supporting the execution of media, creative, and promotional initiatives that align with those strategies.

  • Interpret and synthesize data and insights to contribute to projects that drive traffic to Kohl’s stores and website
  • Develop and recommend data-driven strategies to marketing decision-makers
  • Activate new marketing tactics and/or processes 
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of cross-channel brand, digital and event marketing plan
  • Marketing interns can be placed on teams including: Brand Activation, Strategy, Promo, Content Execution, Operations, Loyalty, Media, Kohl’s Media Network, Project Coordination, In Store Marketing Planning
