Job description

LightForm is looking for an E-commerce & Website Lead to own the day-to-day performance of our website and help shape its next chapter.

Our website is a critical sales, marketing, client resource, and revenue platform. You will keep it accurate, organized, easy to navigate, and aligned with business priorities. You will also play a key role in a future website platform transition.

What You'll Do
  • Keep product information, imagery, specifications, and promotions accurate and up to date.

  • Work closely with the Web Data Team to prioritize and coordinate product uploads.

  • Maintain communication with brand partners to receive product and collection updates.

  • QA website content for accuracy and consistency.

  • Improve product categories, navigation, filters, and merchandising.

  • Use analytics, SEO, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for better engagement and conversion.

  • Support marketing campaigns, launches, promotions, and events.

  • Help research, plan, and project-manage a future website migration and launch.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and external partners.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, website management, digital marketing, merchandising, or project management.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Experience working with website content, product data, analytics, SEO, or e-commerce platforms.

  • A self-starter who identifies problems, proposes solutions, and takes action.

  • A collaborative, resourceful, and low-ego approach.

  • Someone who wants to make cool things happen without waiting for a perfect brief.

Nice to Have

Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, Magento, Google Analytics, SEO tools, content management systems, website migrations, or large product catalogues is an asset.

Experience with managing and optimizing digital advertising budgets including Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.

A background in lighting, furniture, interior design, architecture, fashion, luxury retail, or another design-driven industry is also a plus.

A degree, diploma, or relevant certification is preferred but not required.

A general design background, specifically in web design, Figma, HTML, and UX
