Job description

Design the infrastructure that shapes everyday life.

We create the systems that connect people, places, and opportunity, from complete streets and to utilities and civic spaces. As a Civil Designer, you'll support a variety of public infrastructure projects and learn how smart design strengthens communities.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in preparing roadway, stormwater, and utility designs.
  • Produce drawings, plans, cost estimates, and technical documents.
  • Conduct site visits and assist with construction observation and data collection.
  • Support senior engineers in evaluating design alternatives and solving technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with teams across planning, environmental, surveying, and other disciplines.
  • Engage in design training and mentoring activities that build technical foundation.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $72,000 per year

  • EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and curiosity about public infrastructure
