A Website Designer is responsible for creating the visual layout, user interface, and overall aesthetic of websites. They work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, then use design tools and coding languages like HTML and CSS to build engaging, user-friendly websites. Their role is crucial in making websites attractive, accessible, and easy to navigate.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a website designer?

To thrive as a Website Designer, you need a strong grasp of graphic design principles, HTML/CSS, and user experience (UX) concepts, often supported by a relevant degree or portfolio of work. Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and content management systems like WordPress is typically required. Designers create visual mockups and user interface elements, which are then shared with developers to ensure that the design is technically feasible and aligns with platform capabilities.
