The Marketing Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand creative assets that support external marketing initiatives, internal communications, and integrated campaigns across the organization. You'll work on a wide range of deliverables-from digital and print to events and packaging-translating high-level value propositions, messages and concepts into clear, compelling visual communications.
In this role, you will...
  • Brand & Creative Execution: Design and produce on-brand visual assets across a wide range of media, including: Print and digital promotional materials, Webpages, Social media graphics, Trade show materials, Packaging samples, Sales presentations and more, while ensuring consistent, thoughtful application of brand standards across all touchpoints.
  • Campaign & Marketing Support: Partner with marketing managers to concept, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, translating campaign strategies and messaging into strong visual narratives that support product launches, seasonal promotions, and corporate initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, HR, and Leadership, participating in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within:
    • An in-house marketing team
    • Manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments
