Job Title: Marketing Intern

Location: Westfield, IN 

Employment Type: Full Time (Summer 2026 Internship)

The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital, internal, and event channels while gaining hands-on experience in real-world marketing execution. This role offers exposure to content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, and event coordination, while also providing insight into how marketing supports overall business growth.


This is an in-person opportunity designed for a motivated student or recent graduate who is eager to build practical skills, contribute ideas, and be an active part of a collaborative marketing team.


OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in designing and preparing email campaigns, including content and layout support
  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Create basic graphics for social media, internal communications, and digital use
  • Help draft and edit internal and external marketing communications
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing company events and trade shows
  • Support SEO initiatives, including website updates, keyword research, and content optimization
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns and creative projects
  • Assist in maintaining and updating office branding, signage, and visual materials
  • Assist with video content creation, including shooting and basic editing

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital channels
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred; others a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with or interest in learning design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
