About Us
We are a dynamic and multifaceted organization with several businesses under our umbrella, including Millan Enterprises, Millan Foundation, Millan Aviation, The Press, Prime Storage, and Quality Floor Covering. Millan Enterprises started out as a property management company in 1999 in Clarksville, TN. Since then, we have grown our operations and expanded into other cities and states while also broadening the range of services we offer. Our full range of businesses and services can be explored at millanenterprises.com.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making things - someone who can take an idea, think through how to bring it to life, and execute it across any medium it calls for. If you're the type of person who naturally thinks about what makes content engaging, what captures attention, and what actually resonates with an audience, we want to talk to you!
You'll be creating content across several different brands under our umbrella, which keeps things varied and interesting. This role will also serve as the lead on all property photography and 3D virtual tours across our commercial and residential portfolio.
Over time, this role will naturally expand into social media management and involvement in higher-level production work as you grow with the team.
What You'll Work On
Conceptualizing and producing engaging content across a range of formats and mediums, including:
  • Short-form social content for all of our brands
  • Event coverage and community highlights
  • Property walkthrough videos
  • Lifestyle and portrait photography, including employee headshots
  • Light graphic design work using tools like Canva or AI

As the lead photographer for our full commercial and residential property portfolio:
  • Interior, exterior, and aerial photography
  • 3D Matterport virtual tours
  • Keeping property listings current across our website, Zillow, and related platforms

What We're Looking For
  • Someone with a natural creative instinct - who thinks in ideas and stories, not just deliverables
  • Comfortable shooting and editing both photo and video
  • A strong eye for photography, particularly in real estate or lifestyle settings
  • Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects across several brands at once
  • Willing to occasionally be present at after-hours events for content capture
  • Some experience with graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus
  • Familiarity with media editing software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus

A portfolio or examples of your work is required. We want to see how you think creatively.
Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED. We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of professional experience in content creation, either through prior full-time employment or freelancing. A strong portfolio showcasing your work is essential.
Travel Responsibilities:
  • Requires a mixture of office desk work and travel to various locations in Clarksville, TN, and surrounding areas.
  • Occasional after-hours events will require a marketing presence to capture content and engage with the community.

Work Conditions:
  • Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
  • Moderate Infrequent Exertion: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.

Apply Now: If you're passionate about marketing and have the creative and technical skill to bring ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you!
