Our client seeks an Integrations Developer/Analyst to develop, maintain, and migrate enterprise application integrations while supporting critical business and utility systems. The role collaborates with stakeholders to deliver integration solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and support ongoing application operations.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55.00 to $65.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain application integrations, interfaces, and scripts.
  • Support migration of existing TIBCO integrations to platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM ACE, WebMethods, or similar technologies.
  • Gather requirements, document specifications, and support application testing and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for integration platforms and business applications.
  • Coordinate with city staff, vendors, and technical teams to support system enhancements and operational needs.
Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years of application development experience.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as TIBCO BusinessWorks, MuleSoft, IBM ACE, IBM WebMethods, Koodisi, or Amplify Fusion.
  • Experience with messaging technologies including Kafka, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, Solace, or similar.
  • Strong SQL and relational database experience (Oracle and/or SQL Server).
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and resolving production issues.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Preferred: Utility systems experience, including Customer Information Systems and Meter Data Management Systems.
  • Preferred: Reporting tools such as Power BI, Cognos, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or Business Objects.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
