• Finalizes Option 1/Option 2 process designs and ensures end to end traceability using SmartPO reference.
• Validates integration boundaries, interface flows, and data movement between systems.
• Ensures process controls for validations, exceptions, bundle processing, and customer billing.
• Guides functional and technical teams on solution adherence and overall architecture integrity.
