In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation

Required Skill and Experience
Experience as hands-on technical experience in MuleSoft Anypoint API Platform and/or RTF environment
Experience in design/development/production support of RESTful APIs in MuleSoft v4.x and Platform support
Hands-on experience in MuleSoft Platform Admin activities
Experience in Incident Resolution, handling Service Requests, Problem Management, Issue resolution, Trouble shooting, Root cause analysis, Bug fixing
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
