Vos responsabilites

Planification et gestion des projets clients

  • Faire preuve d'un leadership strategique en collaboration avec les Directeurs SEO/GEO.

  • Mener des recherches afin de mieux comprendre lesaudiences cibles, les marques, les verticaux et les concurrents.

  • Realiser des recherches thematiques pour creer des axes de contenu pertinents.

  • Realiser des audits SEO/GEO complets avec recommandations, incluant :

    • Structure des URL

    • Structure de navigation

    • Problemes de canonicalization

    • Liens contextuels

    • Plans de site HTML et XML

    • Robots.txt

    • Balises de titre, en-tetes, images, mots-cles et descriptions

    • Recommandations SEO sociales

  • Developper et mettre en uvre des strategies GEO pour optimiser la presence des marques clientes dans les reponses generees par les moteurs d'IA (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, etc.).

  • Structurer le contenu pour l'ingestion par les LLM : optimisation des entites, balisage semantique, donnees structurees schema.org, citations d'autorite.

  • Surveiller et mesurer la visibilite des marques dans les reponses des moteurs generatifs a l'aide d'outils GEO dedies (Otterly.ai, SEMrush AI Overview Tracker, etc.).

  • Optimiser des contenus en fonction des recherches thematiques et des objectifs clients, en etroite collaboration avec les equipes de strategie de contenu et d'experience utilisateur (UX).

  • S'assurer que les erreurs et problemes SEO/GEO techniques sont identifies, resolus dans des delais appropries ou escalades au besoin.

  • Contribuer a la creation de nouveaux rapports, modeles, processus, etc., selon les besoins.

  • Rendre compte de l' Effectuer des suivis d'avancements avec les gestionnaire de projets et de compte ainsi qu'avec les clients.

  • Soutenir l'equipe de compte lors des appels clients avec des informations techniques.

Optimisations

  • Veiller a ce que tous les sites web et proprietes numeriques sous votre responsabilite soient techniquement optimises afin d'attirer et d'engager des visiteurs correspondant au profil des audiences cibles definies.

  • Recommander des ameliorations de contenu pour accroitre les performances organiques.

  • Identifier et formuler des recommandations pour ameliorer la visibilite dans les LLM (Large Language Models).

Analyses

  • Suivre les indicateurs de performances cles afin d'identifier les opportunites et enjeux, tant pour les moteurs de recherche que pour les LLM, et presenter periodiquement les resultats aux clients.

Expertise

  • Rester a jour sur les tendances du marketing de recherche grace a la recherche, au reseautage et a la lecture de blogs, forums et sources specialisees.

  • Partager les meilleures pratiques SEO/GEO au sein de l'entreprise afin de contribuer au developpement de nouvelles strategies.

  • Demontrer une maitrise des outils SEO (Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, BrightEdge, SEOMOZ, Advanced Web Ranking, etc.).

Developpement de nouveaux clients

  • Participer au developpement des affaires, selon les besoins, incluant la creation de contenu pour des presentations, la participation a des reunions et aux presentations.

Votre profil

  • Une leader en SEO/GEO avec un minimum de 7 ans d'experience en marketing numerique et une comprehension approfondie des mecanismes de classement des moteurs de recherche, ainsi que des connaissances de base en HTML, PHP, CSS et des normes du web.

  • Bilinguisme requis: Vous maitrisez le francais et l'anglais pour evoluer avec aisance dans des projets locaux et internationaux.

  • Une personne autonome, organisee et reconnue pour l'amelioration des performances organiques grace a l'application des meilleures pratiques SEO.

  • Une excellente gestion du temps et de ses taches, maitrisant des outils cles tels que Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, BrightEdge, MOZ/STAT et Advanced Web Ranking.

Position Summary

When it comes to search engine optimization, from on page copy to schema you know every word counts-but it all starts with a well-rounded strategy backed by industry expertise. That's where you come in. As our SEO/GEO Manager, you'll be our resident expert on all things organic search.

What You'll Do

Planning and Management of Client Campaigns

  • Provide strategic thought leadership, in partnership with SEO Directors

  • Perform research to gain a better understanding of target audience, brand, category, and competitive landscape.

  • Thematic research to generate relevant content themes for new and existing programs.

  • Carry out full SEO/GEO audits as required with recommendations for programs including:

    • URL structure

    • Navigation Structure

    • Canonicalization Issues

    • Contextual links

    • HTML & XML sitemaps

    • Robots.text

    • Title, Header, Image, Keyword, and Description Tags

    • Social SEO recommendations

  • Develop and implement GEO strategies to optimize client brands' presence in responses generated by AI engines, such as Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, etc.

  • Structure content for LLM ingestion, including entity optimization, semantic markup, schema.org structured data, and authoritative citations.

  • Monitor and measure brand visibility in generative engine responses using dedicated GEO tools, such as Otterly.ai, SEMrush AI Overview Tracker, etc.

  • Enhance on-page optimization of pages based on keyword research and program goals, as well as off-page tactics including article syndication with respect to domain authority enhancement.

  • Campaign errors and issues are troubleshot and resolved in a timely manner or escalated as necessary.

  • Report on program status to Account Manager or client team.

  • Support Account team on client calls with technical campaign information.

Optimization

  • Ensure that all websites and internet properties under your influence have been technically optimized to attract and engage those visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience.

  • Suggest content improvements with a view to improving organic traction.

  • Be able to identify and provide recommendations on how to improve visibility in LLMs.

Analysis

  • Monitor key metrics to assess opportunities and issues for both search engines and LLMs as well as regularly present findings to clients.

Industry Knowledge

  • Keep updated on search marketing industry by researching, networking, reading blogs, forums, and new sources.

  • Share knowledge of SEO/GEO practices into the business to assist in the development and recommendation of new SEO strategies.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Webmaster tools, Bright Edge, SEOMOZ tools, Advanced Web Ranking, etc.).

New Business Development

  • Assist in new business development as needed, including client research, planning, creation of presentation materials, and meeting attendance and presentation.

What You Bring

  • A leader in SEO/GEO who has a minimum of 7+ years of online marketing experience and an in-depth understanding of the search engine ranking process as well as basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, and web standards.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) required

  • A highly organized self-starter with a proven track record of improving organic search results through application of SEO best practice.

  • A multi-tasker with demonstrated knowledge of key SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Bright Edge, MOZ/STAT, and Advanced Web Ranking.

  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments, manage multiple projects at a time, and turn metrics into measurable results.

  • A polished communicator who can shine in a pitch and also hold their own in deeply technical discussions.
