Job description

Are you a hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Pricing Manager to develop and drive pricing strategies, instrument change, analyze market conditions, utilize data and analytics, maintain pricing governance and partners with sales, marketing, finance to support pricing and customer orders.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Opportunity to make a visible impact by leading change, pricing initiatives and developing high-performing teams.
  • Partner directly with leadership to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Lead a dedicated team in a culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and employee development.

What You'll Do

  • Pricing strategy — own the development and maintenance of price lists, quotes, and pricing models across Weber's label product lines.
  • Pricing decisions — set prices for new and existing products; determine discounts, promotions, and pricing tiers; balance profitability against competitive and demand pressures.
  • Major opportunities — lead pricing for RFPs, RFQs, and complex specialty configurations.
  • Governance — design, document, and enforce pricing governance: approval thresholds, discount authority levels, exception handling, and a clear audit trail for price changes.
  • Measurement — define and report pricing KPIs, including price realization against list, margin by product line and customer, quote turnaround time, quote win rate, and price-list currency.
  • Change leadership — lead the pricing workstream on cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations and process changes: assess impact, build the transition plan, and carry the team through execution.
  • Data ownership — own the accuracy and completeness of pricing master data, and serve as the pricing point of contact for periodic internal and external reporting and analysis requests.
  • Market awareness — monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior, and translate what you see into pricing action.
  • Issue resolution — resolve pricing discrepancies and support credit and quote-system questions from internal teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a comparable analytical role.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with pricing, quoting, or ERP systems.

Proven ability to interpret cost and margin data and translate it into sound pricing decisions.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in label manufacturing and packaging.
  • Familiarity with competitive market analysis and RFP/RFQ pricing.
  • Experience standardizing pricing structures, price lists, or quoting practices across multiple sites, business units, or legal entities.
  • Hands-on involvement in an ERP, CPQ, or pricing-system implementation, migration, or consolidation.
  • Experience preparing pricing data, margin analysis, and supporting documentation for audit, lender, or third-party review.

$90,000 - $116,252 - Total compensation is determined by several factors including but not limited to, relevant work history, years of experience, scope of responsibilities, performance history and demonstrated results.
