Job description

If so, Stanley Steemer is the place for you! Stanley Steemer is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a REMOTE Customer Service Agent (CSA). If you enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a strong team, this is a great opportunity!


Pay & Compensation

  • $14-16 per hour base pay
  • Performance incentives
  • Upon completion of a 3-week training period, CSAs will be eligible to earn commissions. Most CSAs earn between $15 per hour to $17 per hour


Schedule

  • Training is 3-weeks beginning Monday, September 21st through Friday, October 9th at either 7:30 am EST or 11:30 am EST
  • Training is conducted in a hybrid format, blending classroom learning with hands-on phone training.
  • Flexible schedule, including Saturdays OR Sundays
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Full-time opportunity with consistent work


Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and engaging manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and update cleaning appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to maximize value
  • Actively upsell and cross-sell services by educating customers on available options and benefits
  • Consistently ask for the sale and work to close every opportunity presented
  • Consistently work to meet or exceed sales metrics
  • Stay engaged, present, and performance-driven throughout each shift 


What we’re looking for

  • Applicants MUST have their own computer, two monitors, high-speed internet, webcam, and a USB headset
  • Friendly and comfortable talking with customers

  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Professional but personable
  • Background check and drug test (minus THC)
  • At least 18 years of age
