• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions ethically and compassionately via secure video chat, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness practices, to address individual treatment needs.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique challenges and strengths of each client.
• Facilitate client self-exploration by guiding them in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies to encourage the development of effective coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with our dedicated support team to streamline the counseling process and enhance client outcomes.

This role primarily focuses on stable, low-acuity adult clients who present a wide range of mental health needs. You will work closely with individuals seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving clients' quality of life through skill development and therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid, state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently; candidates must not have provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.
• Licensure options include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or psychologist credentials.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards clients, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport.
• Proficiency in using technology, including computer systems necessary for video conferencing and electronic documentation.
• A reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting virtual sessions.

• Experience working with varied adult populations, particularly in outpatient mental health settings.
• Familiarity with digital mental health technologies and platforms.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Previous experience in managing a full clinical caseload is an asset, although not mandatory.
