Job description

COMPANY OVERVIEW
With its headquarters in Singapore and strategically placed offices across the United States, Turkey, Japan, and Malaysia, Rapsodo is a global leader in sports technology and data analytics. We provide athletes and coaches with affordable, professional-grade tools to measure, analyze, and improve performance.
Rapsodo partners with leading organizations such as The PGA of America, Golf Digest, Troon, USA Baseball, MLB teams, and over 1,000 NCAA athletic departments.
Join Team Rapsodo as we build the next generation of performance technology and simulation experiences.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Creators and communities are at the center of how modern golfers discover, evaluate, and adopt technology. Word-of-mouth, YouTube deep dives, simulator forums, and Discord communities carry more purchase influence than traditional advertising - and the brands that win in golf tech are the ones that show up authentically in those spaces.
Rapsodo is building an ecosystem that spans mobile, simulation, and performance analytics. This role exists to make sure that ecosystem comes to life through the creators and communities who shape how golfers think, talk, and decide. You will not be executing someone else's playbook - you will be writing it.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at a company that is scaling fast. The creator network and communities you build will directly drive product adoption, retention, and brand affinity across the Golf vertical.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an Influencer & Community Manager to build and scale Rapsodo's Golf creator network and community presence. This is a hands-on role - you are in the work every day: finding and activating creators, showing up in communities, managing relationships, and keeping programs moving.
You own execution across the full creator lifecycle and across the communities where golfers gather. You are organized, relationship-driven, and relentless about follow-through. You know how to keep creators engaged, communities active, and campaigns on track - and you bring the data to show what is working.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Creator Program - Identify, Onboard, Activate, Retain
  • Build and manage a tiered Golf creator network spanning YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts - from top-tier influencers to high-trust niche voices in simulator and equipment communities
  • Own the full creator lifecycle: source and evaluate prospective partners, lead outreach and onboarding, activate across campaigns, and retain top performers through compelling, evolving value exchange
  • Execute partnership frameworks - gifting, product seeding, ambassador agreements, and co-creation - ensuring each creator has what they need to produce and stay active
  • Serve as the primary Rapsodo contact for active creator partners: keep relationships warm, brief creators on products and campaigns, and ensure deliverables are on track
  • Balance brand messaging with authentic creator voice - you know the difference between a brief and a script
Creator Advisory Group
  • Manage day-to-day engagement with the Golf Creator Advisory Group - coordinating sessions, communicating with members, and keeping participation high
  • Run advisory sessions effectively: prepare agendas, facilitate discussion, and ensure the output is useful - product reactions, messaging feedback, and content ideas that get actioned
  • Keep the advisory group active and motivated between formal sessions through consistent outreach and exclusive access to product news and launches
Campaign & Launch Activation
  • Own creator activation for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on content - the right creators, producing the right content, at the right time
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Product to align creator activity with go-to-market timelines and messaging priorities
  • Manage content calendars, track deliverables, and follow up to ensure creator compliance and output quality across active campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to amplify creator content across Rapsodo's owned channels and execute on them
Community Management & Growth
  • Own and grow Rapsodo's active presence across Golf communities - Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and simulator-specific forums
  • Moderate owned community spaces: keep conversations active, respond to members, surface great content, and maintain a positive, on-brand environment
  • Execute community programming - challenges, Q&As, launch previews, and member activations - that drives participation and keeps the community coming back
  • Monitor third-party Golf communities daily: track brand mentions, identify trends, and find opportunities to add value organically
  • Track community engagement metrics and flag shifts in health, sentiment, or activity to the broader team
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Track and report on creator performance and community growth against defined KPIs - on a consistent cadence, not just when asked
  • Surface creator and community feedback to Marketing, Product, and relevant stakeholders in a clear, organized way so it can actually be used
  • Work closely with Content & Creative, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, and Customer Success to keep creator and community programs connected to broader initiatives

Requirements
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or creator program management
  • Deep familiarity with the Golf ecosystem - including YouTube creators, simulator communities, and golf forums
  • Proven ability to build and manage creator relationships and partnerships
  • Experience executing influencer campaigns or community programs that drive measurable engagement
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - able to work with marketing, product, and content teams
  • Data-informed mindset - able to connect creator and community activity to engagement and growth outcomes
  • Strong familiarity with the Golf ecosystem - including creators, simulator communities, and golf technology - is highly preferred

SUCCESS METRICS
  • Growth and quality of the Golf creator network (active creators producing consistent monthly content)
  • Creator participation and output during key product launches and campaigns
  • Community growth and engagement across platforms (e.g., active participation, retention, content creation)
  • Creator- and community-driven contribution to organic reach, engagement, and product adoption
  • Actionable insights generated from creator and community feedback that influence product and marketing decisions
