    About the role:

    As part of the Digital Experience Team, the Analyst, Web Production will help bring partner-developed content to life across digital platforms for clients and investors, working closely with content producers and Technology teams. This role supports a major digital transformation as Invesco migrates to Adobe Experience Manager and delivers innovative, industry-leading experiences. The Web Experience and Production team drives the creation and maintenance of website experiences across North America and EMEA. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market digital experiences, managing BAU activities, and implementing regulatory updates across regional websites.

    Responsibilities of the role:

    • Manage and improve content templates and authoring processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and consistency
    • Partner to document and organize a library of content modules, features, and templates
    • Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Technology teams to understand and implement updates to templates and content capabilities
    • Ensure published pages adhere to best practices for content quality, consistency, and governance standards
    • Produce cross-platform content experiences (articles, content pages, landing pages, etc.) within the CMS, including sizing and uploading images
    • Take ownership of individual projects, managing timelines independently with strong accountability and follow-through
    • Support testing initiatives within Adobe platforms in partnership with product leads and UX/UI teams
    • Align website syndication with the editorial calendar, resolve broken links, and collaborate with cross-functional, compliance, and technical control teams to maintain content standards and regulatory compliance

    Requirements of the role:

    • 3-5 years of experience in digital content publishing, web production, or content operations across enterprise digital platforms, preferably within Financial Services and/or Asset Management
    • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and broader Adobe Experience Cloud for content authoring, publishing, and page maintenance
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing BAU work with time-sensitive launches and regulatory updates
    • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to support tagging, tracking, and content performance measurement, leveraging data and insights for client-focused decisions
    • Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility, and digital content best practices, with digital design skills (fonts, color palettes, image sizing) to ensure high-quality publishing standards
    • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and in-depth QA across creative materials and technology functionality
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, building effective relationships with editors, stakeholders, technical teams, and all levels of management, while interacting promptly and positively
    • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical, verbal, and written skills; promotes innovation, continuous learning, digital acumen, and a culture of collaboration, inclusion, experimentation, and measurable results; BA/BS degree required
