Our project is the original home of independent creators producing niche digital content. 

 

What you’ll be working on:

  • Apply Agile and Scrum principles in day-to-day work while planning and managing project timelines, releases, and rollouts;
  • Research, evaluate, and validate new product ideas aligned with company OKRs and overall product strategy;
  • Define clear, well-structured product requirements and communicate them effectively to the development team, including technical context and feedback;
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies, align priorities, and ensure smooth, timely feature delivery 
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to set expectations, gather input, and address questions;
  • Scope resources, prioritize backlog items, and define sprint goals while monitoring progress and removing blockers;
  • Lead by example to foster a collaborative, autonomous team environment and drive accountability;
  • Take ownership of problem-solving by driving solutions, implementing fixes, and ensuring task completion;
  • Design and execute A/B tests, and monitor product usage to continuously optimize Creator tools;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis across both niche and mainstream markets;
  • Understand user flows by implementing tracking, building reports and dashboards, and continuously optimizing flows based on data insights;
  • Understand and track stakeholder KPIs, communicate performance insights, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
 

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a web development environment, with strong hands-on experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day product management workflows.
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives from discovery to validation;
  • User-first mindset with a strong focus on customer behavior, and business impact;
  • Proven ability to rapidly prototype product concepts using AI-powered tools, validate ideas with users and data, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience with product analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement;
  • Experience with subscription-based products is a strong advantage;
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and translate business objectives into product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of OKR frameworks; outcome-driven product development, experimentation frameworks, and modern product operating model
  • Comfortable working in AI-first product development environments where prototypes, AI-generated specifications, and rapid experimentation are used to accelerate delivery.
  • Solid technical understanding of modern development workflows, tools, and engineering concepts;
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar AI-powered workflows;
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, documentation, analysis, experimentation, and execution;
  • Skilled in writing clear, structured, and actionable product requirements optimized for both human collaboration and AI-assisted workflows;
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in rapidly evolving environments;
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to influence, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams;
