Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Web Content Specialist with strong healthcare/medical technology content experience in a regulated environment. The role focuses on developing and optimizing evidence-based website content using SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, refresh, and optimize long-form website content for clinical, product, solution, care-area, and educational topics.
  • Write clear, credible, evidence-based healthcare and medical content for professional audiences.
  • Translate clinical, product, competitive, customer, and business information into customer-focused web content.
  • Apply SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices, including: Keyword & search-intent alignment, Title tags & meta descriptions, Headings & internal linking, FAQs and structured answers, Semantic search & entity signals
  • Manage content through medical, legal, regulatory, claims, brand, and privacy reviews.
  • Partner with SEO, UX, analytics, technology, agency, and web teams.
  • Support CMS/AEM implementation, metadata updates, structured content, and site maintenance.
  • Analyze content KPIs, search insights, user behavior, and testing results to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure content follows global brand, governance, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Support website transformation, content migration, and restructuring initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, or equivalent advanced education/experience as specified.
  • Strong experience writing healthcare, clinical, medical technology, or life sciences content.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Advanced long-form and evidence-based content writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO content strategy and on-page optimization.
  • Working knowledge of GEO and AEO, AI discovery, FAQs, E-E-A-T, and answer-ready content.
