The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth, process efficiency, and customer engagement. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions across the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated enterprise applications.The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and integration frameworks. They are expected to build secure, high-performing, and maintainable solutions while adhering to Salesforce best practices and governance standards. The successful candidate will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business valueEssential Duties and Responsibilities:• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and related technologies including KBMax, Xactly • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards to support business processes. • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, marketing, finance, and data platforms. • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions. • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions while minimizing business disruption. • Optimize Salesforce performance, data quality, and platform scalability through continuous improvement initiatives. • Support release management activities, including deployment planning, change management, and environment governance. • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, development standards, and operational procedures. The estimated salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $130,000-$170,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
