Position Overview:

Sparq Data Solutions is seeking a Web & Application Support Specialist to support our public-facing websites, customer portals, and internal applications.

This is an in-office position based in Lincoln, Nebraska, working closely with our development, support, and operations teams.

This role blends:

  • Customer and application support
  • Troubleshooting across integrated systems

    Key Responsibilities

    Web Design & Content Management

  • Develop website templates for Sitefinity
  • Maintain and update websites
  • Create and modify pages using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
  • Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and consistent branding
  • Manage content, documents, and navigation structures
  • Support UI/UX improvements

    Application & Customer Support
  • Provide support for Sparq products and platforms
  • Troubleshoot login, display, and workflow issues
