Job description

Kensington Tours is seeking motivated interns to join our growing Digital team. These roles offer hands-on experience in two distinct disciplines - web experimentation and performance marketing - within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a hands-on internship at the center of a high-performing growth team responsible for driving leads, revenue, and customer engagement across multiple luxury travel product lines. 

Web Experimentation Intern 

Reporting into the CX Optimization & Experimentation team, this intern will support the day-to-day execution of A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives across kensingtontours.com. 

You will work across performance marketing, SEO, customer experience, user experience, experimentation, and reporting, gaining exposure to how a modern growth engine operates inside a data-driven organization. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in marketing, digital strategy, analytics, CX, UX, or growth. 

SEO and Website Growth 

  • Support SEO initiatives including content research, keyword analysis, and page performance tracking for content briefs 
  • Help create content briefs for Writers on Editorial Articles and manage processes from research through to publication 
  • Help audit website content and flag optimization opportunities 
  • Assist with landing page and content performance analysis 

Customer Experience and User Experience 

  • Help review website journeys and identify friction points in the customer experience 
  • Support analysis of user behavior data to understand how visitors interact with key pages 
  • Assist in documenting UX improvement opportunities and test ideas 
  • Contribute to improving clarity, navigation, and content effectiveness across the website 

Experimentation and CRO 

  • Help document A/B tests and track experiment results 
  • Support analysis of website performance and conversion trends 
  • Assist with building business cases for new test ideas 

Analytics and Reporting 

  • Help prepare weekly and monthly dashboards and summaries for leadership 
  • Pull and organize data from multiple sources such as marketing platforms and analytics tools 
  • Translate data into clear, simple insights 

Ad Hoc Growth Projects 

  • Support cross-functional marketing and digital projects 
  • Help with presentation development and internal documentation 
  • Contribute research and insights for strategic initiatives 

 What You Bring 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field. 
  • Curiosity about user behavior, conversion optimization, and digital analytics. 
  • Comfort with data - ability to read basic reports, spot trends, and ask good quest
