We're an early-stage team "in crypto" building for mass consumer adoption. We're a consumer tech company that happens to use blockchain.
We're going to be a team of under 20 people speedrunning to a unicorn. Everyone here is elite. Everyone owns. Everyone has impact on the product. You have to care.
Taste and craft, but ship fast and repeat. You have to be down for the repeat experiments and shipping.
The role:
You're our first dedicated frontend / design engineer. You'll execute how we look, feel, and move — across every market, games, whatever. You'll work directly with Armand (CEO) to translate ideas into shipped product, often within hours, not weeks.
What you'll do:
- Ship production UI for new web game-like/interfaces, markets, and products on a weekly (sometimes daily) cadence;
- Contribute to component architecture, the design system, motion, and micro-interactions end-to-end;
- Prototype fast, iterate faster — multiple experiments per week, kill the bad ones without ego;
- Build the consumer surface that makes financial markets feel like games;
- Work directly with founders. No design-by-committee. No PMs in the middle. Your taste matters.
Who you are:
- Senior frontend chops: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, modern web fundamentals— you're an actual engineer who can figure shit out. Also, use AI.
- Real design taste — you've shipped interfaces people screenshot and post.
- Obsessive about detail without sacrificing speed. The hard part is doing both.
- You finish things. You ship.
- Comfortable with web3 stacks (wallets, signing, on-chain reads/writes) — or hungry enough to be dangerous in two weeks.
- You want to own more than your job description, because there isn't one.
Bonus points:
- Past founder or early employee at a fast startup
- Web3-native, especially consumer crypto (we know who's real and who's grifting)
- A portfolio of weird, beautiful, half-broken side projects
- Strong opinions on Linear, Vercel, Arc, Rauno, Frank Yoo, the people doing it right
The deal:
- San Francisco. On-site. We're locked in together every day. No remote, some hybrid, no exceptions.
- Meaningful equity. You're early. You'll feel it on the cap table.
- Top-of-market base for the right person.
- Health, dental, vision, the table stakes.
- The work is the perk.
One last thing:
Not loving your job is the biggest sin. You have to love what you spend your years on — that's winning. We only want winners.
Come to SF. Lock the f*ck in with us. Win big.
