About the role

RADICL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Apps team. You'll design and build the core product experiences that security operators use daily - from vulnerability management and compliance assessment workflows to security awareness training platforms and task management systems. You'll work across our entire technology stack, from React components and Express APIs to Go microservices and PostgreSQL databases, delivering end-user functionality that helps organizations manage risk, maintain compliance, and strengthen their security posture.

Your work will directly impact how effectively our customers navigate complex security challenges through intuitive interfaces, robust backend systems, and seamless integrations. You'll be a key part of our ongoing evolution toward modern, scalable architecture while maintaining the reliability and security our customers depend on.

As a RADICL Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:
  • Full-stack ownership — build end-to-end features from React components through Express APIs to Go microservices and PostgreSQL databases
  • Security operator experiences — design and implement vulnerability remediation workflows, compliance assessment interfaces, security training dashboards, and task management systems
  • Modern web architecture — work with React 18, TypeScript, TanStack Query, Zustand, and our internal component library built on Radix and Tailwind
  • Scalable backend systems — develop Go microservices with Echo framework, implement async job processing, and build multi-tenant data architectures
  • Integration complexity — create resilient integrations with security tools, compliance platforms, and third‑party APIs while handling vendor failures gracefully
  • Multi‑tenant platform — build tenant‑isolated systems with sophisticated RBAC, audit trails, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Quality and reliability — write comprehensive test suites (Vitest, Playwright, Go tests), implement monitoring, and ensure production stability
  • Technical leadership — mentor team members, lead architectural decisions, and drive best practices across the stack
Your skillset/experience should include:
  • Full-stack proficiency Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with React and Node.js; 5+ years of production experience
  • Go experience preferred Opportunity to work with modern, performant microservices and contribute from day one
  • Database expertise PostgreSQL proficiency including complex queries, schema design, migrations, and performance optimization
  • API design Experience with RESTful services, async job processing, and event-driven architectures
  • Frontend modernization Familiarity with React Hook Form, Zod validation, modern state management (TanStack Query, Zustand), and component libraries
  • Multi-tenant systems Understanding of tenant isolation, RBAC patterns, and scalable architecture design

  • Cloud infrastructure AWS experience with ECS, RDS, Lambda, S3; Docker containerization and Infrastructure as Code
  • Security domain awareness Interest in cybersecurity, understanding of vulnerability management, compliance frameworks, and security workflows
  • DevOps mindset Experience with CI/CD, feature flags, monitoring, and production incident response
  • Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field—or equivalent professional experience
About the Workplace
