Job Description Job Title: Web Content Specialist Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 2 Years Pay Rate: $33 - $35/HR (W2 Only) Job/Role Description: This role partners with internal customers across the enterprise to develop, build, test, and release inbound digital customer messages. This is a production-heavy position where meeting deadlines and providing high-quality, error-free work are equally important. Success in this role requires providing exceptional customer service, juggling multiple in-progress projects, maintaining a high level of attention to detail, and remaining adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Basic technical skills are required to understand and use API tools, create test accounts, and build, test, and troubleshoot messaging in various environments. Partner with internal customers to develop and execute messaging based on their intent and objectives. Work within an internal framework to build, test, and release digital messages to web and mobile banking applications.

Apply analytical thinking to create targeting that ensures messages are delivered to the intended audience. Work within Insomnia to execute GET and POST requests for testing and troubleshooting messaging logic. Test messages across various channels using web browsers, Xcode, and Android Studio.

Communicate project status closely with individuals and teams across the organization. Gather and analyze data from Tableau, Splunk, or other sources as requested. Follow established team processes and actively engage in process improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications 3+ years of digital messaging experience 1+ years of experience using macOS Strong internal customer relationship management skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring customer needs are met Growth mindset with the ability to thrive on challenges and use failure as a catalyst for learning and development Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on ensuring successful completion of complex campaigns involving multiple variables and stakeholders; identifies issues others may overlook Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, team members, and mid-level management in both in-person and virtual settings Resourceful problem-solver able to find answers when they are not readily available Experience with content management systems, including navigating platforms, entering text, uploading images, and selecting metadata tags Experience using Google Workspace products including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive
