What kinds of projects or tasks can I expect to work on during a web development internship?

As a web development intern, you’ll typically work on real-world projects such as building or updating website features, fixing bugs, and assisting with front-end or back-end tasks under the guidance of experienced developers. Interns often participate in code reviews, team meetings, and may have the opportunity to contribute to larger collaborative projects. This hands-on experience allows you to develop your technical skills, learn about agile workflows, and gain insight into industry best practices. You’ll also get the chance to collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers, which helps build teamwork and communication skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a web development intern, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Web Development Intern, you need a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic programming concepts, often supported by coursework or personal projects.
