Graham is actively recruiting for a Learning & Development Advisor supporting the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to the Talent Development Management the Learning & Development Advisor plays a key role in supporting the design, development, and delivery of learner-centered training solutions that align with business goals, leveraging instructional design principles, stakeholder collaboration, and innovative technologies to drive effective talent development and measurable learning outcomes.

This is a one year temporary role, based out of the Calgary Corporate Office.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Design and develop engaging eLearning and instructor-led training programs aligned with business goals
  • Lead end-to-end course development, from concept through delivery, ensuring structured and effective learning solutions
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to drive learner engagement and outcomes
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify needs and create relevant, learner-centered content
  • Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through assessments, quality assurance, and continuous improvement

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher education with specialization in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Business, Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in learning and development or instructional design
  • Software: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, specifically Articulate 360. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript). Experience with SuccessFactors is an asset
